He is survived by : his wife Constance "Connie" Standige Freas Parker; his son Cody A. Parker (Ashley); his stepdaughter Julie M. Freas; and his siblings, Jesse Parker, Nettie Irene Parker (Steve) and Judy Parker Talley. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren; and his 2 great grandchildren.
