He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Douglas and Jessie Parker; his stepfather Joseph David Hover; and his daughter Brandy Nicole Penton. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Douglas; his children, Penny Douglas, Sherri Pearson (Ray), Kimberly Sue Varnado (Mitzi), Todd Douglas (Holley), Crystal Derouen (Derek), Joey Douglas (Lindsey) and Chelsea Mitchell (Alisha); and his siblings, Becky Hover and Joey Douglas. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McDonald Funeral Home (401 W Canal St, Picayune, MS 39466). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the McDonald Funeral Home Chapel (401 W Canal St, Picayune, MS 39466). A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Carriere Cemetery (7264 HWY. 11, Carriere, MS 39426).
