With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Niven Floyd of Carrollton, Mississippi, born in Sidon, Mississippi, who passed away on June 21, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, T. J. Niven and Hulda Trigg; and her husband Joe Floyd. She is survived by: her sons, James R. McCaleb (Pam) of Coffeeville, MS and Jefferson D. McCaleb of Carrollton, MS; her siblings, Jim Trigg of Peachtree City, GA and Clarice Hudnall of Natchez, MS; and her grandchildren, Richard B. McCaleb (Stormie), Robbie McCaleb Elliot (Trey), Douglas Chrismon and Whitney Rushing. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
