It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Turnipseed of Carrollton, Mississippi, who passed away on November 30, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ida and Joe Stevens; and her brothers, Jody Stevens and Buck Stevens. She is survived by: her husband Alton Turnipseed; her children, Jeff Turnipseed (Lea) of Ridgeland, Jeni Adams of Madison and Amy Swayze (Allen) of Madison; and her grandchildren, Tyler Turnipseed, Sarah Turnipseed, Avery Adams, Grayson Adams, Logan Adams and Liza Cate Swayze. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
