It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Shelton of Carrollton, Mississippi, who passed away on June 27, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Shelton and Jimmie Shelton; and his siblings, Grace Tingle, Annette DeLoach, Anita Shelton, J. W. Shelton, Norman Kearney Shelton, Wade Shelton, Marlon Shelton and Charles Shelton.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Walls Shelton; his children, Brigette Little (Trent) of Grenada, Michael Shelton (Melanie) of Carrollton and Carlene Wyatt (Allan) of Grenada; and his grandchildren, Stan Mulvihill (Britny), Brent Mulvihill (Lani), Madison Shelton and Megan Shelton. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and 2 great-great Grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, you may make donations in Carl Shelton's honor to God's House of Hope in Kilmichael, Mississippi, a cause near and dear to the Shelton family's heart.
