She was predeceased by: her parents, Lena Mae Mann Hopper Sr. and Clarksdale; her husband Stewart Byron Mitchell; her daughter Tammy Mitchell Hart; and her siblings, Marie Hopper Utz, Dorothy Hopper Hopkins, George W. Hopper Jr. and Elvin Hopper.
She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Mitchell DuVall (Mark) of Olive Branch; her grandchildren, Shane Floyd, Adrianne Peacock (Phillip), Byron Pemberton, David DuVall and Kyle DuVall; her great grandchildren, Brinkley Floyd, Dallas Floyd, Wesley Floyd and Kyle DuVall, Jr.; and her son-in-law J. R. Hart of Mize. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
