It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josie Long McCluskey of Carrollton, Mississippi, born in Greenwood, Mississippi, who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ellis Anlie Long, Sr. and Lodell Lampkin Long; and her siblings, Ellis Long, Jr., Lee Ella Andrews, Jeanette McCain, Clara Bond and Sara Cox.

She is survived by : her children, Ray McCluskey (Stephanie) of Holcomb, MS, Bill McCluskey of Carrollton, MS and Kim M. Ansley (DeWayne) of Carrollton, MS. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
