He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Ann Dallas McBride. He is survived by: his sons, Richard Alan "Little Ritchie" Blackwell Jr. (Kimberly) of Brandon and James "Bird" Blackwell (Jennifer) of Winona; his fiancée Becky Wammack; his father Jimmy McBride of Greenwood; and his siblings, Beth Montgomery (Patrick) of Carrollton, Donna Pearson (Greg) of Winona, Brooke Ott (Jeffery) of Hernando and Jason McBride (Bethany) of Horn Lake. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
