He is survived by: his mother Alice Grimsley of Carrollton, MS; his daughter Addisyn Evans of Hernando, MS; his siblings, Clint Evans of Carrollton, MS and Jennifer Haley (Lynn) of Carrollton, MS; and his uncles, JD Brasel (Amy) of Itta Bena, MS and Ray Brasel (Suzanne) of Itta Bena, MS. He is also survived by three nieces and four cousins.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's hospital.
