It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Raymond Eugene Billingsley of Carthage, Mississippi, who passed away on April 5, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, George Taylor Billingsley and Geraldine Beard Billingsley; and his sister Billie Price. He is survived by : his wife Dorothy Jean Jayroe; his son Danny Ray Billingsley (Elaine) of Slayden; his siblings, Bob Billingsley of Rogers and Carol Ramsey of Springdale; his son Rodney Eugene Billingsley; his great grandchild Jaycee Faith Thomas; and his brothers, Vernard Billingsley and Don Billingsley. He is also survived by three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stevens Funeral Home (220 N Washington St, Forrest City, AR 72335). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
