He is survived by : his wife Debbie Kuykendall of Oakland, MS; his daughters, Reggie Smith (Toby Smith) of Oakland, MS and Kelsey Fleming (Chris Fleming) of Nashville, TN; and his grandchildren, Max, Lilla and Ella Smith.
