We announce the death of Clyde Rogers Evans of Charleston, Mississippi, who passed away on July 5, 2026, at the age of 93. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Hill Evans and William Evans; his wife Hope Evans; and his granddaughter Annette Strider. He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Kendall (Jimmy) of Cascilla, Cathy Strider (Trent) of Charleston and Vickey Meek (Allen) of Charleston, Mississippi.; and his grandchildren, Bill Smith, Brad Smith, Anna Strider, Amanda Kendall and Jimbo Kendall. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
