She is survived by: her children, Lori Bowen Pernell (Aaron) of Oakland, MS and Jimmy Daniel Bowen (Bobbie Gail) of Cleveland, MS.; her grandchildren, Candace Brooke West (Timothy), Laurel Hayden Peak (Cody) and Preston Daniel Bowen (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Caleb Jordan West, Bowen Jordan West, Henry Daniel Peak and Miracle Ryne Moore-West; and her siblings, H. S. Greer (Syble), J. D. Mathis (Roseann), Kenny Mathis (Gail), Martha Jynean Medders (Ed), Morris Glen Greer, James Terry Greer, J. W. Mathis, Freddie J. Mathis, Dora L Mathis (Patsy) and Sheila Ann Mathis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Skene Baptist Church, and the family requests that all food donations be brought to Skene Baptist Church Fellowship Hall on the day of the service.
