With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda Ann Jones (Chunky, Mississippi), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 19, 2026 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Clark and Dorothy Clark; and her sisters, Kathy Clark and Debbie French. She is survived by: her husband Donald Jones; her children, Brandi Etheridge (Joey), Candi Thrash (Ronnie) and Dusty Jones (Kara); her grandchildren, Jodi Etheridge, Ty Thrash, Kelsey Tibbetts, Cooper Thrash, Mallory Etheridge, Parker Jones, Bo Etheridge and Lulu Etheridge; her aunt Charlotte Abel (Bill); her sisters-in-law, Carolyn Burks and Sara Jones; her cousins, Ann Musgrove (Ted), Mark Abel, Janet Bullard (Mitch), Terry Thrash (Ginger) and Cynthia Stuart; and her nephews, Josh French (Sarah), Levi French, Chad Jones (Mary) and David Jones.
The Jones Family suggests memorials be made as donations to Newton County Academy Booster Club in lieu of flowers.
