He is survived by: his children, Chris McGilvary and Beverly Riffle; his brother Lee McGilvary; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Lynch, Phillip Clements, Jennifer Alcala, Teresa Peterson, Skylar McGilvary and Christopher Richard McGilvary Jr.; and his close friend Gary Fisher. He is also survived by 15 great – grandchildren.
