She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Russell and Christine Russell Baxter; her brother Gary Russell; and her stepfather Tom Baxter. She is survived by: her niece Beth; her husband Robert Brien; her daughter Beth Neblett (Thomas); and her granddaughters, Ann Elise, Bramlett and Nora Neblett.
