It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Faye Skewes (Clarksdale, Mississippi), born in Jasper, Alabama, who passed away on July 16, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband John Curtis Skewes (Jack); her sisters, Elaine Adair and Sue Williams; her daughters, Sulaine Sims of Jasper, Meg Agostinelli (Tommy) of Lyon and Liz "Lizan" Shaffer (Ron) of Lyon, Mississippi.; her grandchildren, Thomas Agostinelli (Jennifer) of Madison, Clare Agostinelli of Houston, Jason Spruill (Becky) of Atlanta and Hunter Haring of Jacksonville, Florida; and her great grandchildren, Mary Morgan Agostinelli, Amelia Agostinelli and Anna Spruill. She is also survived by niece and three nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Flowers Manor Retirement Community where she lived for 15 years or to any charity of your choice.
