He is survived by: his children, Gary Lamar Ranson of Clarksdale, MS, Cora Johnson of Milwaukee, WI, Latoya Shaunta Ranson of Clarksdale, MS and Marquita Lasha Ranson Stokes (Terrance) of Southaven, MS; his sisters, Janice Crawford of Tutwiler, MS, Viola Gregory of Clarksdale, MS, Earnestine Hillson of Tutwiler, MS, Jaunitta McCray of Tutwiler, MS and Pat Smith (Raymond) of Tutwiler, MS; his close friend Donna Sue Rogers; and his friend Michael Young. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; host of nieces & nephews.
