He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hubbard and Bobby Jo Newkirk Arnold; and his sister Vickey Lynn Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Scotty Hubbard, Joey Hubbard, Josh Hubbard and Jaycee Hubbard; his siblings, Mark Hubbard (Angela) of Hernando, MS and Stephanie Bailey of Springfield, MO; and his friend Dawn Rucker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
