He is survived by: his wife Nancy Carpenter Walton of Pontotoc, MS; his son Jason Walton (Kristin) of Pontotoc, MS; his siblings, Patricia Burchell (Lonnie) of Hattiesburg, MS, Tina Brooks (Ricky) of Clarksdale, MS, Kenny Walton of Clarksdale, MS, Gary Walton (Suzanne) of Batesville, MS, Harry Walton (Pam) of Saltillo, MS and Martin Walton (Cynthia) of Van Buren, AR; and his grandchildren, Kason Walton and Easton Walton.
