She is survived by: her daughter Sadie Cook of Clarksdale, MS; her parents, Jimmy Cook and Peggy Meredith Cook of Clarksdale, MS; her siblings, Dale Cook (Frances West) of Clarksdale, MS and Mary Wilkinson (Stephen) of Rena Lara, MS; her niece Meredith Wilkinson; and her nephews, Jimmy Dale Cook III and Larson Cannon Cook.
