He is survived by: his sister Sandra Fioranelli of Gulfport, MS; his sons, James Hazzard Jr. (Mary) of Springfield, MO, Curtis Hazzard (Sarah) of Panama City, FL, Carl Hazzard (Renee) of Bessemer, AL and Tim Hazzard of Greenville, TN; his grandchildren, Lara Hazzard, Alicia Hazzard, Reba Hazzard Williams, James Hazzard III, Megan Hazzard Turman, Grace Hazzard, Presley Hazzard, Cole Hazzard, Landry Hazzard and Lauren Hazzard; his great grandchildren, Landon Rymer, Wyatt Heath, Agnes Heath, Emmett Heath, Evelyn Hazzard, Isaac Hazzard, Mason Turman, Mae Turman, Miles Turman, Curtis Williams and Lukas Hazzard; his daughter Anne Teasley of Knoxville, TN; and his granddaughters, Abby Teasley of Tampa, FL and Amanda Teasley of Nashville, TN..
