He was predeceased by: his parent Clarrel Eubanks; his wife Ritzi Eubanks; his mother Irma Lucille Eubanks; and his brother Mike Worbington. He is survived by: his daughter Patti Rooker (Will); his grandchildren, Willow Steadman (Trace) and Grayson Rooker (Morgan Powers); and his pet Opie Taylor.
