With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jon Meyer (Cleveland, Mississippi), who passed away on August 10, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jon leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his father John Meyer. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn "Cack" Meyer (Cindy Allen Meyer); his daughter Katherine Patterson (Chris Blaine); his granddaughter Whitney Patterson; and his siblings, Susan Anderson (Doug), Jim Meyer (Mitsi) and Ed Meyer (Louise). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Wounded Warriors, St.Phillip's Episcopal Church, or the Merigold Methodist Church.
