She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Mullen and Ruby Jewel Harris Mullen; her husband Allen "Buddy" Rigby, Jr.; her daughters, Jeana R. Jones and Luan R. Towles; her great grandchild Evan "Like" Rigby; and her siblings, Dorothy Arnold, Carl Mullen, Alice VanNetta and Joyce Thomson.
She is survived by: her children, Mitzi R. Hatcher (Bill) of Cleveland, MS, Madison Rigby of Cleveland, MS., Kailyn Rigby of Cleveland, MS. and Carl Allen Rigby (Teresa) of Holcomb, MS; her grandchildren, Read Hatcher, Emily H. Bowen (Marcus), Jon Milum (Samantha), Amy Towles and Keri Beth Mosley (John); and her great grandchildren, Ella Hatcher, Maddox Milum, Cayson Milum, Halle Mosley, Aubrey Mosley and Ruby Bowen.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cleveland Funeral Home (3463 MS-8, Cleveland, MS 38732). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
