He was predeceased by: his parents, Moton Byrd and Clara Byrd; and his wife Mable Inez Byrd. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Byrd, Belinda Quinton Thomas (Jack) and Regina Byrd (Craig); and his sisters, Freddie Ann Farmer (Melvin) and Sherry McClellan. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
