He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Inmon Givens and Thomas Boyd Givens. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Givens; his sons, Mike Givens, Preston Givens (Arpana), Lindsey Givens (Mae) and Johnny Givens; his brother Galen Givens; and his nephew Chad Givens. He is also survived by grandchildren.
