He is survived by: his wife Martha Kirk Thornton; his children, Gregory (Carol), William (Stacey) and Tiffany Thornton Kopfinger (Peter); his grandchildren, Gregory, Lee Thornton, Tatum, Libby, Allen Kopfinger, Austin Usury, Jake, Allie and Logan Thornton; and his great grandchildren, Ethan and Parker Thornton.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home - Clinton (106 Cynthia St, Clinton, MS 39056). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
