She was predeceased by: her parents, Suber Livingston and Annie Mae Livingston (Edwards); and her siblings, Lowell Livingston, Valda Brown (Livingston) and Mimi Sharp (Livingston).
She is survived by: her husband Cliff Bowen, Sr.; her children, Cliff Bowen, Jr. and Bethany Miller (Bowen); and her grandsons, Dalton Miller, Peyton Miller and Jaxon Miller. She is also survived by many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, ten nephews and eleven nieces.
She illustrated for them the importance of faith, empathy, heritage, fun, laughter, music, food, friendship, charity, curiosity, knowledge and wisdom.
