He is survived by: his wife Ella Ree Thompson; his children, Venikea, Marcus and Larry, Jr. of Jackson, MS; and his sisters, Clara Mae Lewis, Bobbie Jean James (Tommie), Annie Jean Johnson, Jackie Faye Wells (Rickey) and Donna Marie Ferrell (Mack) of Clinton, MS. He is also survived by six grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
