She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Monroe and Velma Idell Hatten Monroe; her husbands, Jack E. Pickens and Merton Williams; and her son Jack E. Pickens, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Lynn Anda; her grandchildren, Randi Bechtel and Stacy Middleton; her great grandchildren, River Middleton, Meadow Middleton and Lane Pickens; and her daughter-in-law Nancy Pickens.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lakewood Funeral Home (6011 Clinton Blvd, Jackson, MS 39209). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
