She is survived by: her husband Randy Phillips of Clinton; her children, Courtney McCabe-Johnson (Zach Johnson) of Clinton, Whitney Phillips of El Dorado, Kansas and Brett Phillips (Courtney) of Columbiana, Ohio; her grandchildren, Madeline, Marianne, Melodie, Malachi McCabe, Reece, Ava Johnson, Bryce, Cora and Blake Phillips; and her sister Susan Daniels of Beckley. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
