He is survived by: his wife Ruth Whisenant; his children, Brian Whisenant and Renee Whisenant Westmoreland (Wess); his grandsons, Will Westmoreland and Josh Westmoreland; and his sisters, Ann Sparks and Regina Sparks. He is also survived by brothers in law and sisters in law; and a host of great nieces and great nephews.
