It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ada Mae Rowland of Coldwater, Mississippi, who passed away on May 15, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny Rowland; her children, Lorrie Lynn Freeman and John Willis Rowland, Jr.; her parents, Homer Ivy and Clara Ivy; and her siblings, Hazel Wilbanks, Bernice Frazier, Rosa Lee Spencer, Helen Hisaw and Robert Tracy Ivy.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Taylor (Keith); and her grandchildren, Travis Moncrief (Jackie), Tracy Lentz, Casey Lentz (Whitney), Brittany Rowland Stanbrough (Michael), Lindsey Culp (Ash), Corrie Moncrief and Nicole Green. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
