She is survived by: her husband John Perry Loftiss, Sr.; her children, John Perry Loftiss, Jr. and Cindy Jean Loftiss Hart (Derrell); her grandchildren, Megan Elizabeth Loftiss Carter (Brian), Nina Katherine Loftiss Butler (William), John Perry Loftiss, III, Derrell DeWayne Hart, Jr. (Hannah) and Christy Jean Hart Kains (Philip); and her great grandchildren, Ellington Grace Carter, Elliot Glenn Carter, Margaret Mack Butler and Harrison DeWayne Hart.
