He is survived by: his daughter Fallon Spencer (WC Spencer); his grandchildren, Cordero Martin and Damasio Martin; his siblings, Clifford Sipp, Ronnie Sipp, Torra Tolbert and Larry Gillard; and his caregiver Leon White. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
