He is survived by : his wife Debbie Williams of Collins; his children, Kristy Townley of Braselton, GA, Edgar Dale "Ed" Williams, Jr. (Heather) of Madison and Jane Claire Williams (Chris) of Richton; his grandchildren, Taylor Stowers (Tucker), Ansley Townley, Brody Williams, Beau Williams and Edgar Dale "E. D." Williams, III; and his brothers, Ricky Williams (Suzanne) of Ruleville and Mike Williams (Lisa) of Tupelo. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
