She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil Willard Polk; her mother Pearl Graves Casteel; and her brother Frankie Casteel. She is survived by: her children, Becky Polk Crosby (Tommy) of Seminary, Debby Polk Vaughn of Collins and Andy Polk of Collins; her grandchildren, Rachelle Wade (Bryan), Brandon Yates, Amanda Smith (Shannon), Nenah Crosby, Hayley Silver (Thomas), Anthony Polk (Callie) and Landee Polk Sistrunk (Nathaniel); and her nephew Obie Casteel (Marie) of Seminary. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
