It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Carter Dobbs (Collins, Mississippi), born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on May 9, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, James Harvey Carter and Elaine Mayfield Carter; her husband Frank S. Dobbs; and her brother Charles Mayfield Carter. She is survived by : her son William F. Dobbs; her grandchildren, Nathanael F. Dobbs, Annamarie G. Dobbs, Jonathan W. Dobbs, Andrew J. Dobbs, Carter F. Dobbs, Evelyn J. Dobbs, Eleanor J. Dobbs and Elaine J. Dobbs; and her brother James A. Carter. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
