She was predeceased by : her parents, I. W. "Ike" Abercrombie and Amanda Sanford Abercrombie; her husbands, Charles "Pop" Cook and Jack R. Knight; and her sisters, Christine Abercrombie Rogers, Bernice Abercrombie Jones and Hester Abercrombie Quick.
She is survived by : her brothers, Hubert Abercrombie, Tom Abercrombie and Jimmy Abercrombie; her children, William "Bill" Keys (Dawn) of Leakesville, Don Keys (Lisa) of Collins and Keita Keys Harris (Verne) of Brandon; and her brother Hardy Abercrombie (Katherine) of Collins. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Willow Grove Baptist Church, 979 Willow Grove Church Road, Collins, Mississippi, 39428.
