He is survived by: his wife Wanda Brooks of Collins; his children, Johanna Brooks Burlingham of Moorpark, CA and Kevin Brooks (Kim) of Allen, TX; his son-in-law Richard Burlingham of Moorpark, CA; his grandchildren, Olivia Burlingham, Avery Burlingham, Ashley Brooks and Cooper Brooks; and his brother Kenneth Brooks (Joanne) of Colorado Springs, CO. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Collins Methodist Church (602 S 2nd St, Collins, MS 39428). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
