With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virgil G. Flynt (Collins, Mississippi), who passed away on December 29, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Flynt and Margie Flynt; his son Roger C. Flynt; his grandson Barry Flynt; and his siblings, Terrell Flynt, Evelyn Moss and Kay Taormina.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Flynt of Collins; his sons, Philip Michael Flynt (Kathy) of Marrero, LA, Barry Stephen Flynt of Angola, LA and David Franklin Flynt of Chatham, LA; his grandchildren, Kristy Rene Cheramie (Cory), Tommy Jo Flynt, Samantha Beckermeyer (Jessie) and Amber Nicole Flynt; his great grandchildren, Brady Jo Cheramie, Asher R Cheramie and Preston Miller; and his brother Joe Flynt of Florida.
