She was predeceased by: her son Howard Mack Herrington Jr.; the father of her children Howard Mack Herrington Sr.; and her parents, Homer Lockwood and Verlia Thames Lockwood. She is survived by: her children, Dan Lockwood Herrington (Dottie), Anita Herrington Pickens (Harold) and Tony Mark Herrington (Kim); her grandchildren, Amber Brown (Justin), Jake Herrington (Mallarie), Suni Gutierrez (Gabe), Matthew Herrington and Jennifer Kinard; and her sister Lahoma Gray. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
