She was predeceased by : her parents, James McMillan and Hazel McMillan; and her brother Don McMillan. She is survived by : her husband William "Pete" Vinzant; her daughter Misty Hatcher (Lucas); her grandchildren, Ashlyn, Brinley and William Hatcher; and her sister Becky Wells (Tom). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
