He was predeceased by: his parents, Auburt Thruston "A. T." and Elizabeth "Betty" Calvert. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Calvert; his children, Holly Lauritzen (Luke) and David Clark (Keri); and his grandchildren, Calvert Andrew Bonner, Camden DeAnn Bonner, Kellum Clark and K. K. Clark.
