It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jerrell Polk of Collinsville, Mississippi, who passed away on May 23, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Polk; his parents, Olin Polk and Ruth Berry Polk; and his siblings, Larry Polk and JoAnn Polk Bell.

He is survived by: his children, Dale Polk (Robin), Anita Thebo (Raymond) and Barbara Grubb (Robert); his grandchildren, Jessie Lattimore, Rebekah Thebo, Kaitlin Ruthstrom (J. R.), Savannah Ryan (Ash) and Ashton Woodall (Kade); his great grandchildren, Dillon Wright (Alivia), Lane Lattimore, Jetsyn Lattimore and Beau Ryan; his great great grandchildren, Ledger Wright and Haven Wright; his brother Don Polk (Mary); and his sister-in-law Betsy Polk. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

The Polk Family suggests memorials be made to The Alzheimer's Foundation or to First Christian Church Meridian, in lieu of flowers.
