He is survived by: his children, Billy Paul Cooper (Brenda) of Columbia and Peggy Williams of Tennessee; his sisters, Erlene Shivers of Jackson and Sharon Williams of Pensacola, Florida; and his grandchildren, Courtney Holland (Chad) of Columbia, Kelsey Branch (Cole) of Foxworth, Dana Yawn and Kory Yawn. He is also survived by twelve Great Grandchildren.
