He was predeceased by: his wife Voncel Morgan Williams; his parents, Rev. G. G. Williams and Mamie Parker Williams; and his siblings, Flavous Williams, Davis Williams, Royce Williams, Howard Williams, Darius Williams and June Clark.
He is survived by: his sons, Don Williams (Denise) of Laurel and Daphnis Van Williams of Morgantown; his sister Maxine Edwards of Texas; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey Williams, Jeremy Williams (Jessica) and Alecia Berry. He is also survived by eight Great Grandchildren; and numerous Nieces & Nephews.
