Though David may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his father William Leming, Jr.; and his sister Regina Raynes. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Clinton Leming of Hattiesburg, MS; his sons, Justin Leming of Hattiesburg, MS and Jacob Leming of Hattiesburg, MS; his mother Rose Morgan Leming of Columbia, MS; his sister Lesa Turnage (Tim); his grandchildren, Addie Leming, Ava Leming and Cole Leming; and his brother-in-law Eddie Raynes. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hathorn Funeral Home (167 Hwy 198, Columbia, MS 39429). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at the Lott Cemetery (243 Stringer Loop, Foxworth, MS 39483).
