She was predeceased by: her parents, Dolphus Blair Terrell and Lillie Bedwell Terrell; her siblings, Monroe Terrell, Noel Terrell, Levon Terrell and Dollie Smith; and her grandparents, Dolphus, Francis Terrell, Jim and Maggie Bedwell.
She is survived by: her children, Tabatha Lowe (Josh) of Columbia, Jessica Luper (Lane) of Franklinton and Jesse Oxner; her brother Donald Buster Terrell of Foxworth; her grandchildren, Loegan Oxner (Brianna), Billy Oxner (Jasmine), Tyler Douglas (Hailey), Abigail Douglas, Riley Lowe and Izabella Lowe Adeline Lowe; and her great grandchildren, Weston Oxner, Millie Oxner and Rhys Oxner. She is also survived by Nieces & Nephews.
